It’s been a long time and its feels weird to type that. When I started the blog my greatest fear was that I would not be consistent. Unfortunately, inconsistency has plagued for me sometime. What is crazy about fear is that at some point they can be a means by which if we allow it we prophecy to our selves . That’s pretty much what happened to me. Inconsistency was not the reason why I wasn’t posting but the fear that I’ve been inconsistent stopped me from posting. Makes absolutely no sense, I know. But that’s how fear works. I needed and still need the time for God to do whatever He is doing( I have no clue, and that it OKAY). I wanted to start posting again but I had an apprehensiveness that was driven by fear. But today I am back!

I wanted to begin this month by sharing a song that has been a blessing and a beautiful reminder to me in this season of my life. In John 16:33b Jesus says ” In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering but be courageous [ be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.’ [My conquest is accomplished, My victory is abiding].” One of the words that really stuck out to me in this version was ” undaunted” which means not intimidated. Basically, Jesus is saying there will be a lot of things you will experience here on earth that will intimidate you, that will try to destroy you and break you but DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED have courage. How do can we do this? Because Jesus has already overcome it. I am learning how to not be intimidated, learning how to be courageous when fear comes. Here are the lyrics to a song written by Kristen DeMarco and Bethel Music ” Take Courage”. Whatever it is you might be going through take courage while you wait, don’t lose heart– take courage while you endure– take courage in the midst of the pain– Always taking courage on your journey regardless of where He leads you!

With love through our Savior Jesus Christ, Nadesha

Slow down, take time
Breath in He said
He’d reveal what’s to come
The thoughts in His mind
Always higher than mine
He’ll reveal all to come

Take courage my heart
Stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting
He’s in the waiting

Hold onto your hope
As your triumph unfolds
He’s never failing

He’s never failing

Sing praise my soul
Find strength in joy
Let His Words lead you on
Do not forget
His great faithfulness

He’ll finish all He’s begun

So take courage my heart
Stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting
He’s in the waiting
Hold onto your hope
As your triumph unfolds
He’s never failing

He’s never failing

Take courage my heart
Stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting
He’s in the waiting
Hold onto your hope
As your triumph unfolds
He’s never failing
He’s never failing

And You who hold the stars
Who call them each by name
Will surely keep, Your promise to me
That I will rise, in Your victory

And You who hold the stars
Who call them each by name
Will surely keep, Your promise to me
That I will rise, in Your victory! So take courage my heart
Stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting
He’s in the waiting
And hold onto your hope
Watch your triumph unfold
He’s never failing
He’s never failing

So take courage my heart
Stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting
He’s in the waiting
And hold onto your hope
Watch your triumph unfold
He’s never failing
He’s never failing!

He’s in the waiting

    1. Thank you for your encouragement my sister. I appreciate it so much. I’ve been cloudy so I can’t say my absence was because I wasn’t listening . But I’ll continue to press on…
